Job summary

Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Planner to align demand with inventory across multiple warehouses. You will coordinate deployment, balance inventory and resolve supply-demand challenges to meet customer commitments.

Based in Easton, PA, you will partner with Planning, Customer Service, Order Management and Operations to improve processes and drive ERP automation, delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in inventory planning, supply chain, logistics, or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate inventory and demand.
• Experience with ERP systems; SyteLine (Infor CSI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order deployment by matching demand with available inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order priorities and customer requirements to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Initiate and coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses to optimize availability and reduce delays.

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Order Management and Planning to provide accurate updates.
• Develop and maintain reports to improve visibility into deployment activities and reduce manual reporting.

Customer Fulfillment Planner (Administrative)

Human Active Technology (HAT) is looking for a Customer FulfillmentPlanner to play a critical role in our supply chain and customer experience. In this position, you'll ensure customer demand is aligned with inventory across multiple warehouse locations by coordinating deployment, balancing inventory, and proactively resolving supply-and-demand challenges before they impact customers. You'll collaborate with Planning, Customer Service, Order Management and Operations to ensure customer commitments are met while helping improve processes and drive automation within our ERP system.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex operational challenges and making a measurable impact on customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

What You'll Do

Based in our Easton, PA headquarters, the Customer Fulfillment Planner will be responsible for ensuring customer demand is aligned with available inventory across multiple warehouse locations while proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Manage customer order deployment by matching demand with available inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory levels order priorities and customer requirements to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Initiate and coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses to optimize product availability and reduce customer delays.
• Identify inventory shortages, allocation concerns and supply-versus-demand imbalances before they impact customers.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service order Management and Planning to provide accurate order updates and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Track open orders, inventory movements and fulfillment priorities to ensure customer commitments are achieved.
• Serve as a key liaison between Planning and Customer Experience by communicating inventory risks, changing demand and fulfillment priorities.
• Support prioritization decisions for limited inventory based on customer commitments and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports that improve visibility into deployment activities and eliminate manual reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and automation within SyteLine to increase efficiency and reduce repetitive work.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, logistics, customer fulfillment, production planning, materials planning or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate inventory, demand and customer priorities to make informed decisions.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SyteLine (Infor CSI) experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using data to drive operational decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Planning, Customer Service, Operations and Order Management.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions with minimal supervision.
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in streamlining processes and leveraging automation to improve efficiency.
