Job summary

U-Haul is seeking friendly and motivated Warehouse Workers to provide courteous service to customers and ensure timely deliveries. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, proper loading/unloading, and thorough documentation within a busy storage facility.

You will participate in ongoing training and have the opportunity for career growth, with eligibility for benefits and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to comply with local/state/federal vehicular regulations.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Operate an 8,000-lb forklift or truck-mounted forklift with training provided.
• Load and unload storage containers onto/off truck beds for delivery to a facility.
• Ensure timely delivery and assist customers with purchases of support items.
• Perform customer-ready inspections of U-Box containers and handle documentation.
• Keep warehouse storage area clean, dry and secure.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
