Bowser Automotive – Chippewa is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. You will greet customers, move and valet vehicles to the Service Department, and help with daily department needs.

No automotive experience is required. We value dependability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a safe and positive customer experience for every visit.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Move and valet customer vehicles to and from the Service Department.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage and accurately document your findings.
• Wash and prepare vehicles as needed.
• Safely operate the Bowser customer shuttle.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily department needs.
• Assist Service Technicians as directed by the Service Manager.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and lot.
• Follow all vehicle handling, safety, and company procedures.
