Job summary

Arvest Bank in Harrison, AR is seeking a Teller to handle routine customer transactions and provide friendly service in a busy branch environment. You will process deposits and withdrawals, balance cash, and learn to refer customers to product specialists as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a background in sales, cash handling, or customer service within a financial services setting. On-site work schedule and regular attendance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service or other financial service experience preferred.
• Must be able to arrive at work on time, work on site and have regular work attendance.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process teller transactions from customers.
• Contribute to achievement of branch sales goals by engaging customers and referring them to product specialists.
• Balance cash drawer to transactions daily and prepare daily settlements.
• Comply with bank policies and procedures, including customer identification program and BSA/AML requirements.
• Provide cordial customer service and assist with information requests.
