Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Effective communicator who supports customer service philosophy.
• Basic math skills and proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process all financial transactions.
• Maintain responsibility for cash drawer and balance procedures.
• Work on semi-routine tasks, recognizing deviations from standard practice.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customer questions/concerns.
• Cross-sell other bank services and refer customers to other departments.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of products, fees and policies to suggest offerings.
• Demonstrate compliance with bank regulations for designated responsibilities.
• Understand and adhere to bank policies and internal controls.
• Report all compliance issues per bank policies.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
