Qualifications

Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge: Understanding of Bank operations preferred.
Experience Required: At least one year of related experience/cash handling.
Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
Good typing skills.
Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin, and money counting machines.

Responsibilities

Perform teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, posting to accounts, cash handling, and check processing.
Promote bank products and services and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accuracy and balance cash daily; resolve discrepancies promptly.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and area personnel.
Cross-sell bank products and services as appropriate.
