Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Required Knowledge: Understanding of Bank operations preferred.
• Required Knowledge Proficiencies: DNA Standard/UX, CTR/MIL understanding, IVIEW, Product Knowledge, ATM Balancing, WITS/Wires - min. domestic, Risk Management Skill.
• Experience Required: At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred.
• Skills/Abilities: Good communication skills, professional appearance and attitude, good math and typing skills, ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.

Responsibilities

• Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Receives and processes deposits.
• Receives and processes loan payments.
• Cashes checks and other negotiable instruments for clients.
• Examines documents for endorsements and negotiability.
• Processes transfers between accounts.
• Sells traveller’s checks, official checks, and money orders.
• Verifies and balances cash daily.
• Maintains privacy of customer information.
• Cross-sells bank products and services.
• Attends meetings and training classes as needed.
