Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive selling techniques to generate sales.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks, maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Cleans and restocks as needed and ensures health and safety standards are met.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Ensures regular attendance and adheres to uniform and grooming standards.
