CHS Inc. is hiring a Store Clerk for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Kalispell, MT. This full-time role involves delivering excellent customer service, operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance.

You will handle transactions, assist customers, and participate in promotions while upholding safety standards. The position requires prior retail experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service. Greet customers promptly and courteously and assist with inventory and checkout.
• Perform cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products for easy customer access.
• Maintain store appearance through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise.
• Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
• Monitor customers to support loss prevention.
• Assist with displays and promotions.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and follow safety policies and procedures.
