ROCS Local Market in Hagerstown, MD is hiring Store Associates to deliver friendly, customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, operate the register, and support daily store tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID required.
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the register and floor.
• Operate the register accurately, applying correct prices and discounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment responsibly.
• Stock and organize merchandise; keep store clean, safe, and well‑stocked.
• Promote current sales, promotions, and rewards program benefits.
• Follow security procedures and communicate any concerns to management.
