Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience as a door staff, receptionist, or in hospitality/customer service.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform patrols in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on site.
• Maintain logs at front desk pertaining to people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
