Job summary

Subway is seeking a Team Member to focus on guest experience, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. You will work with teammates to fulfill orders and ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

No prior experience is required, and education can be as low as a high school equivalency. Roles vary by location and may include Full Time or Part Time, day, evening, or weekend shifts. Compensation is to be discussed with management.

Qualifications

• Education: Some high school or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds.
• Shift options vary by location: Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience from start to finish.
• Prepare and serve fresh food while following safety standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming for Guests.
• Be a cooperative Team member and assist teammates as needed.
