Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate in Colorado Springs to join our store team. You will handle cash, assist customers, stock andmaintain fixtures, and learn to operate the register and computer systems. The role requires reliability, basic math, and strong customer service.

Full-time positions offer medical benefits and opportunities for growth. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Assist in lighting/fixtures cleaning & maintenance.
• Ensure security of all inventory and currency to avoid theft and shrinkage.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and other related equipment.
