Reid Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will support sales and profitability goals while following dress code and store policies.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, accuracy in cash handling, and teamwork to meet daily objectives, including promoting rewards programs and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Experience with lottery or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
