Qualifications

• Walk up to 5 miles daily while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Review customer orders and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately.
• Greet customers with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products across departments (Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods, etc.).
• Keep aisles neat and clean and stock shelves.
• Work with supervisors and fellow associates; may help with checkout.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance to help customers find what they need.
