Job summary

United Pacific is hiring a Sales Associate at an assigned store location. You will contribute to safe, customer-focused and profitable store operations by performing duties like cash handling, maintaining lighting/fixtures, and securing inventory and currency.

Training includes learning to operate a cash register, computer console, and related tools. The role requires 18+ years old, English communication skills, and ability to work irregular shifts including weekends and overnights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds overhead for stocking/maintaining inventory.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials or signage.
• Work indoors largely; times outside possible.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating cash register.
• Lighting/fixtures cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensure security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Report to Store Manager with supervision under company policies and procedures.
• Learn to operate cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
