Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program, including credit options.
• Help minimize store loss through excellent service and store upkeep.
