Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to customers entering the store and assist multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and store maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge guide.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and report merchandising needs, pricing concerns, and operation issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by enforcing internal controls.
