Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Winnsboro, TX is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, assist with merchandise, and support selling initiatives while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will handle cash register operations, stock merchandise, and participate in store housekeeping, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. You will join a team focused on safety, teamwork, and helping neighbors enjoy the life out

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants; Recommend Product Solutions; Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.
• Recovery of merchandise; Participate in mandatory freight process; Complete Plan-o-gram procedures; Assemble merchandise; Perform janitorial duties; Execute price changes/markdowns.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition; Ensure the safety and well-being of birds.
