Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Sales Associate to provide friendly, professional service on the sales floor and assist customers with product placement and merchandising. You will help maintain the store environment, support promotions, and contribute to a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility in hours and prior retail or production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently salvage, recover, stock and merchandize products following store standards.
• Monitor product while assisting customers at fitting rooms or locked cases.
• Communicate store issues to management and suggest process improvements.
• Place products and supplies in correct areas according to standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.
• Be familiar with store promotions and services to inform customers.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe store environment for all customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
