Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will provide excellent customer service, help customers with product knowledge, and promote warranty programs and memberships. You will also assist in merchandising and maintain store appearance.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Previous retail experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and work ethic
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service

• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
• Maintain store appearance including stocking and housekeeping
