Duncan Oil Company is seeking a RoadDog Store Associate for our Shawnee, OH location. You will handle fuel and in-store merchandise sales, process transactions, and help with overall store operations while delivering top customer service. Qualifications

• Operating a cash register with high accuracy.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds overhead.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge each customer to ensure excellent service.
• Provide quick and efficient checkout experience.
• Process transactions including cash, checks, gift cards, and cards.
• Comply with regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol sales.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns.
• Maintain stock levels and front merchandise; restock as needed.
• Assist with general store operations and security of the facility.
• Maintain a cheerful and helpful demeanor when serving guests.
• Operate the point of sale system and cash register.
• Stock products and supplies as needed; keep cooler organized.
