Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates in Lafayette, IN to help run a busy store. You will greet customers, handle the register, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while assisting with stocking and basic cross-training.

Prior retail experience is a plus, and weekend/holiday availability is expected. You’ll be part of a team that values reliability and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for advancement and a weekly pay cycle.

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience is appreciated, but not required.
Ability to greet customers, operate a register, and upsell when possible.
Comfort with cleaning, stocking, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
Upsell products and provide friendly service to boost sales.
Keep store clean inside and out, including restrooms and pump area.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; ensure merchandise looks fresh.
Maintain orderly entryways and windows; swap to cross-train in other departments.
