Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our Michigan stores. You will greet customers, assist with aisle guidance, stock shelves, process transactions at the register, and help maintain the store's appearance.

Flexibility is required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. You should communicate clearly with customers and teammates, stay organized, multitask, and handle basic computer tasks; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in-store, online orders, and phone inquiries.
• Sign up customers for loyalty programs and financing options.
• Operate POS and handle cash procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, and price changes.
• Assist in stocking, recovery, and back stock areas.
• Build and assemble displays and fixtures.
• Ensure store safety and loss prevention measures.
• Fulfill daily operational tasks as directed.
• Support audits, store walks, and team collaboration.
