Job summary

Qualifications

• Friendly communication and approachable demeanor during customer interactions.
• Ability to provide proactive assistance and upsell or offer services when appropriate.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or food service environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot.
• Gather shopping carts and pick up garbage.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation with eye contact and a smile.
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans.
• Offer additional service during inclement weather.
