• Provide a positive representation of Keith Ace Hardware
• Greeting guests and offering assistance
• Communicate on radio headsets to match customer needs with a knowledgeable Sales Associate
• Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor for customers and associates
• Develop product knowledge across departments and be familiar with store layout and product locations
• Assist customers with personalized service to deliver amazing experiences
• Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise
• Support inventory stock levels and daily store maintenance
• Perform daily housekeeping and keep the store clean
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
