Job summary

Nicollet Ace Hardware in Minnesota is seeking friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Prior hardware experience is a plus, but extensive training is provided to help you succeed and grow with us.

We’re independently owned and operated, emphasize community, and offer a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. You’ll be on your feet most shifts and may lift 25–30 lbs while helping neighbors with their projects.

Qualifications

• Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required; extensive training will be provided.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and helpful with customers.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items for their projects in a single trip.
