Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. No hardware experience required; extensive training provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

You’ll be part of a locally owned store with a strong commitment to customers and neighbors. You’ll work with a high-energy team, helping customers select everything they need for their projects while maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we provide extensive training.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and good communication.
• Willingness to learn about hardware and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items to complete their project in one trip.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Support team with store operations and maintain a clean, welcoming store appearance.
