Food Lion is seeking a Store Associate to provide quality customer service in the Center Store department. You will help maintain shelf conditions, manage inventory, and follow standard practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, keeping backstock organized, and loading/placing items per plan-of-grams. Computer-based training and continuous compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to perform physically.

Responsabilités

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates
• Maintain shelf conditions and backroom inventory according to standards
• Follow plan-o-grams and ensure correct shelf allocations
• Ensure back stock is properly maintained
• Assist with new item setup and tagging within 1 week of receipt
• Comply with ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying policies
• Use company tools such as ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering
• Adhere to Food Lion guidelines and safety procedures
