Job summary

Carlisle LLC is seeking an entry-level restaurant associate to join our team in Michigan. You will serve customers, take orders via intercom or at the register, prepare and stock food items, and help open and close the store with hygiene and safety in mind.

The role requires good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle busy service periods, and physical stamina for lifting and standing. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble food orders within stated time goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stock, portion, and serve beverages.
• Operate cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Take orders from customers via phone or intercom and provide quality service.
• Prepare store for opening.
• Close store with restocking supplies and cleaning duties.
