Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC in Kent, OH seeks a Driver to support delivery and collection tasks. You will drive company vans or box trucks to customer locations, while ensuring safety and compliance with transportation laws.

You will report to the Director of Operations or designee and must meet productivity and customer service standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, following directions, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) may be applicable depending on route.
MVR check and background check will be conducted.
Must be able to pass random drug screens.
Must carry a cell phone for constant communication with Records Center.
Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Overtime availability including holidays.
Strong directional awareness and navigational skills.

Responsibilities

Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
Meet department productivity and quality standards.
Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
During inclement weather, report two hours early to budget time for safety tasks.
