Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery driver to operate box and flat-bed trucks to service customers from Store #7608 in Zachary, LA. You will load orders, deliver safely, and maintain the vehicle while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include following routes, meeting time schedules, handling cash and payment methods where applicable, and performing warehouse duties as needed. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a valid DOT MEC or willingness to obtain within five business days of offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores.
• Load customer orders on trucks and ensure proper packing.
• Maintain vehicle and alert supervisor to repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules; comply with laws and safety rules.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed and operate store equipment.
• Prepare reports and complete delivery-related documents.
