Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knife skills and food preparation techniques.
• Basic English literacy and communication skills.
• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Must have a valid food handler's certificate or be able to obtain and maintain a food handler's certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with orders and recommendations.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold deli items.
• Slice meats and cheeses to customer specifications.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation per SERV Safe guidelines.
• Operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.
