You will build positive connections, stock and merchandise, and work across departments like Meat, Produce, Bakery, and Grocery to ensure a welcoming store experience. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn product recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Ability to maintain clean, organized displays and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist customers in locating items and answer questions.
• Maintain fresh, visually appealing displays and merchandising standards.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products as per guidelines.
• Use store technology to complete tasks efficiently.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with departments across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
