• Answer phones and maintain customer service levels.
• Assist in inventory management and price marking.
• Identify and address potential shoplifters per policy.
• Support in product ordering and returns workflow.
• Package items for home/business delivery.
• Complete mandatory training programs and other duties as assigned.
