Qualifications

• Perform the duties of the Self-Checkout attendant as needed.
• Perform Customer Care duties including returns and answering the phone as needed.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and at checkout.
• Greet customers at the checkout line.
• Scan items and verify pricing.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise and supplies at the checkout area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Encourage Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications and loyalty sign-ups.
• Support customer care, Self Checkout, and sales floor as needed.
• Follow policies related to finance, safety, HR, and legal.
