Love's Travel Stops in Saint Joseph, MO is hiring cashiers to join a fast-paced team. You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate service, help customers find items, and handle transactions while maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

No prior experience? No problem. We will train you. This on-site role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to safety as you work with pastries, deli items, and fuel customers throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
