Responsibilities

Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room.
Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive-thru service efficiently.
Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests.
Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area.
Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency.
Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products.
