Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist customers with placing orders and answering menu questions.
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately on a POS.
• Make change and process refunds as needed.
• Ensure order accuracy before sending to kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
• Keep cashier station and dining area clean and organized.
• Address customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to boost sales.
• Help with opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and restocking.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
