Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting them as they enter or leave the restaurant.
• Process transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
• Balance the cash drawer at end of shift.
• Scan items and ensure pricing and quantities are correct.
• Accept payments in cash, credit, or check and provide receipts.
• Provide change and issue coupons, vouchers, or gift cards as needed.
• Assist with returns, refunds, and customer inquiries; upsell where appropriate.
• Bag and wrap purchases for safe transport and presentation.
