Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the POS system and handle multiple tender types per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and prevent loss.
• Follow guidelines for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Maintain awareness of pricing discrepancies and report them to the Scan Coordinator.
