You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, prepare takeout and catering orders, and keep the counter and dining area clean in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take accurate orders at the counter and by phone.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) quickly and correctly.
• Package takeout and catering orders with accuracy and brand presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness at the counter, beverage station, and dining area.
• Answer basic menu questions and assist guests with special requests.
• Support the team with restocking and light prep tasks.
