Job summary

Temp-Stop seeks a reliable store cashier to deliver friendly customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will operate the register, handle cash, and ensure accurate shift reports.

The role requires weekend and some holiday availability, with potential overtime and participation in store promotions. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for overnight hours (midnight to 6 a.m.).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain store appearance.
• Operate a cash register and handle cash, lottery tickets, and related transactions.
• Complete shift reports and ensure accurate transactions.
• Clean store facilities including windows, floors, bathrooms, and trash areas.
• Stock shelves and coolers, organize merchandise.
• Sweep and mop floors and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory receiving and product checks on delivery.
• Assist with yard maintenance and general store upkeep.
• Accept other tasks from management as assigned.
• Maintain reliable transportation and be available for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
