Job summary

The Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Frederick, Colorado is hiring a Crew Member. Join us for open interviews and be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team at 5750 Silverstone Drive.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, operate the POS, prepare items, and help keep the store clean and welcoming. We offer competitive pay up to $17/hour, flexible schedules, and benefits with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and above.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and operate a computerized POS system.
• Basic math, written and verbal skills required.
• Enthusiasm and a strong team player attitude.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
• Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
• Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
• Operates coffee and sandwich equipment and handles daily paperwork.
