Job summary

Valley Cooperative in Gooding, ID is seeking a Retail Associate - C-Store to support daily store operations and provide friendly service to customers.

You will complete basic tasks including assisting customers with purchases and returns, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and following standard operating procedures. A team-focused attitude and reliable cash handling are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be willing to become propane certified upon hire.
• Acknowledge all customers, employees and vendors in a friendly and appropriate manner.
• Ability to multitask and determine order of need and task priority based on level of importance.
• Ability to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, other employees, and vendors.
• Must have a strong team player focus in all interactions.
• Ability to properly handle money, give change and record multiple transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Must exhibit professional and positive image.

Responsibilities
