Carter’s Inc. in Columbia, MD, is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help with transactions in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Able to lift 40 pounds as needed with bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders as required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
