Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store environment.
• Supervise floor during non-peak periods and assist with breaks.
• Drive visual standards and maintain merchandise presentation.
• Coach Sales Associates on performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure policies, procedures and safety programs are followed.
• Maintain a clean stockroom and store for a safe environment.
