Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle cash, make change and process payments.
• Stocking, pricing, rotating and displaying merchandise.
• Maintain store safety and security practices.
• Ability to perform deli duties and food preparation when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, give correct change, scan cards, process checks and bag merchandise.
• Remember regular customers, answer calls, screen calls and address complaints.
• Stock shelves and coolers, maintain clean and organized store areas.
• Complete shift duties, vendor check-ins and protocol compliance.
• Perform exterior tasks: sweep lot, shovel snow, clean pumps and island stations.
• Keep hot dog roller, nachos, popcorn machines, condiments and beverage areas stocked.
• Perform deli duties as described for smaller locations.
