ALDI is seeking a Store Associate in Shorewood, IL. The role covers merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store attractive while delivering exceptional customer service. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with incremental raises through Year 5.

Expect 30+ hours weekly in a full-time schedule, with duties ranging from stocking shelves to curbside pickup and safety compliance. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and retail experience.

Formación

• Promote prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Ability to follow store policies and availability requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves per planograms.
• Cashier and process customer purchases using POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Monitor stock levels and report losses or damaged items.
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficient checkout.
• Support management to achieve operational efficiency and loss goals.
