Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow procedures for handling cash, coupons, and store discounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Track expiration dates and remove expired or damaged items.
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures for perishable items.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to policies, safety and security guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
